INTERNATIONALLY ACCREDITED STANDARDISED EQUIPEMENT

Lumbar Thoracic Rotation (LTR)
LTR provides rotational movement of the lower body around a vertical axis. It keeps the shoulders in a fixed position to focus fully on the lower body rotational movement. The goal of this is to encourage active, coordinated and controlled rotational movement through the lower back and higher into the thoracic spine.

Cervical Extension (CE)
This device guides the neck extensional motion in a bio-mechanically correct movement pattern, allowing the desired motion that is seen in good cervical spinal movement. The goal of training on this device is to achieve a segmental cervical extension movement that results.

Cervical Elliptic Extension (CEE)
This device ensures a bio-mechanically correct elliptical movement pattern when guiding the neck extensional motion. The goal of this device is to promote ideal and segmented cervical spine extension movement and strengthening the related muscle groups.

Shoulder Blade Adduction (SBA)
The training movement in the SBA is a multi-joint movement encouraging specific movement in the upper back area. The focus of this movement is to activate the scapular muscles with the goal of specifically addressing the inner scapular muscles.

Lumbar Thoracic Lateral Flexion (LTLF)
This device is primarily used to train lateral, side bending and flexion movements; resulting in a transverse mobilisation and joint movement in the lumbar-thoracic spine. The goal of this device is to target lateral flexion movements and strengthen the primary related muscles in the movement pattern, increasing mobility in the lumbar & thoracic spine.

Lumbar Thoracic Extension (LTE)
The training movement in the LTE consists of a segmental back extension motion that can be targeted to a specific region according to the individual needs. The device isolates the back extension movement with the goal of achieving vertebrae by vertebrae motion through the lumbar and lower thoracic spine.

Cervical 3D Rotation
This device guides cervical rotation, flexion and lateral flexion into three dimensional multi-joint movements. The device specifically targets the cervical rotator muscles. Its goal is to improve mobility and restore the normal coupled motion of the cervical spine during its rotation.

Lumbar Thoracic Flexion (LTF)
This training movement consists of an upper body forward flexion exercise. Its aim is isolate the trunk flexion & extension training movement as much as possible. The goal of this is to achieve segmental, vertebrae by vertebrae motion through the lumbar and lower thoracic spine in accordance with the patient’s individual needs.

Multipurpose Low-Friction Unit (MLU)
This device allows for a variety of exercises and movements specifically for the back, neck and shoulders. The application possibilities of this device is near unlimited.
