THE DBC PROGRAM FULLY EXPLAINED

The DBC program is able to boast a 90% success rate due to its protocols being built on extensive clinical trials and scientific research. Thus, our interdependent teams of general practitioners, physiotherapists and biokineticists use these effective protocols for assessment, treatment and outcome-monitoring throughout the program.

Assessment is done through validated questionnaires and thorough measurements to determine the severity of your pain as well as your physiological and psychological needs. You will undergo an initial assessment by our in-house general practitioner, physiotherapist and Biokineticist.

Thereafter, based on your individual needs, treatment will follow for 1-12 active treatment sessions over the course of 1-6 weeks. Treatment sessions last up to one hour, where you will typically see a Biokineticist and Physiotherapist for a thirty-minute session each. Generally, two sessions are booked per week, at-least one day apart. These sessions involve specific exercises & training on specially designed equipment

and throughout the programme your progress will be observed, and your symptoms will be regularly analysed.

Once the treatment program is completed, our team will conduct a final evaluation and determine if your goals were achieved. Thereafter a tailored home-based exercise program and stretch routine will be provided to ensure that the results are maintained.
