Dr. Asmal & Patel T/A Dynamic Back & Neck Centre is involved in the collection, use and disclosure of personal, medical and bio-metric information of patients, medical specialists, medical aid schemes, employees and other licence holders and stakeholders during the Treatment Protocol of patients.
The Personal Information is an essential requirement for the Medical Systematic Treatment Protocol of the patient and will be processed for that purpose. Consent To Email Marketing
Please note, that by submitting any of your personal contact details (name, surname, email address, cell number) on any of our leads forms (found on this website), you do agree to receive occasional and reasonable email marketing.
A marketing email will be sent out to you at least once per month to the email address that you have provided on one of our contact forms. You have full rights in terms of opting out of these campaigns at any point that you choose to. This can be done initially by making mention of your request to opt out during your initial enquiry. Alternatively you could opt out by emailing the Dynamic Back & Neck Centre which you have submitted your details to, or opting out of said campaigns upon receiving your first marketing email from any of our centres.
